Rivers and Bridges’ Dorsett House sits on a beautiful 300 acre farm in Siler City, emanating an ethereal tranquility perfect for celebrating love – but the beauty doesn’t stop there. The venue showcases five different areas to fulfill your dream celebration. The newly renovated 3400 square foot barn boasts an outdoor cocktail garden overlooking the manicured landscape. For those seeking heightened elegance, the Grand Pavilion features lofty vaulted ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers, as well as a great outdoor dance floor. The Deck is the perfect space for a cocktail hour (or a S’mores station!) with its bistro tables, umbrellas, and fire pit. For a more intimate setting, the Rose Room seats 50 guests and showcases the venue’s surrounding white roses and lush landscape. Adjacent to the Rose Room is the rustic, 1840s Farmhouse – another intimate space, the Farmhouse is ideal for rehearsal dinners and bridal showers, like this one photographed by Walters & Walters in February!
For the bridal shower, Blossom Artistry illuminated the venue with bountiful floral arrangements bursting with light blooms and fresh greenery. Natural light poured in through the room’s large windows, highlighting every soft and romantic detail. The future Mrs. Weiland and her guests were treated to a mimosa bar and delicious brunch assortment offering fruit, cheeses, bagels, donuts, and waffles – also including cake, of course! Love Cake provided three intricate creations for the celebration. A two-tiered cake topped with soft pink blooms was accompanied by two beautifully detailed single-tiered cakes. This venue was the perfect place for an intimate, elegant bridal shower.
Rivers and Bridges will be hosting their first open house on October 18th! For more information about the beautiful venue and its amenities, head to their website linked here.
